Luxus Hills sells 71 of the 78 of its Signature Collection homes during the preview weekend
Leading Singapore property developer Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited previewed the next phase of its highly-anticipated landed development Luxus Hills (Signature Collection) beginning this Friday, 30 August. In this phase, Bukit Sembawang launched 78 exclusive 999-year leasehold landed homes for immediate occupancy, located within the tranquil Seletar Hills Estate.

The developers were prompted to sell the remaining homes after Luxus Hills sells 32 landed homes on the first day of its preview on Aug 30. Bukit Sembawang said that 95 per cent of buyers bought homes for their own occupation. Three quarters of buyers were 30 to 60 years old. This the developer said indicates strong interest from multi-generational families.
75 per cent of buyers opted for flexible deferred payment schemes as Luxus Hills sells out almost completely in preview weekend. Luxus Hills sells for between $3.058 million to $4.2 million.

Our flexible payment schemes with the option for immediate occupancy also proved popular with buyers who could then comfortably plan their move-in and financing timelines.”
