The Navian is a luxury condominium coming soon to the Eastern Region. It’s a freehold development by RH Eunos, a subsidiary of the Singapore-based Roxy-Pacific Holdings. Its thoughtful master-plan proposes two 6-storey blocks in an L formation, to contain opulent homes as well as recreational amenities. The Navian is targeted for completion by the fourth quarter of 2020, and legal completion by 2023.
Location and Accessibility
Situated along Jalan Eunos, the property occupies lots 178 through 184, near where the road intersects with the Pan Island Expressway. Towards the other end, Jalan Eunos meets up with Eunos link, and the Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway. With an abundance of routes all around, driving will be a quick and easy task: it will take less than 20 minutes to arrive at the Central Business District or Orchard Road, and about 16 minutes to the Changi International Airport.
It’s only about 800 meters from the new Kaki Bukit MRT Station on the Downtown Line. It’s also just about the same distance to the Ubi MRT Station, also on the Downtown. In a few years, the upcoming Macpherson Interchange will be operational, just one stops away westward from Ubi, allowing riders to switch to the Circle Line. Meanwhile, the third stop from Kaki Bukit is the Tampines Interchange, which is also on the East-West Line.
The Navian will showcase 48 residential units, from two-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom ones. Home buyers can choose a unit overlooking Eunos, or one facing toward the Bedok reservoir.
Two-bedroom unit (56 sq m)
Two-bedroom + study (60 – 61 sq m)
Two-bedroom = guest room (62 sq m)
Three-bedroom + guest room (83 – 86 sq m)
These bedrooms will be generously spaced, most especially the master bedrooms. All residential units at The Navian will be installed with Smart Home systems, which will include digital locks by Yale, Proximity Card Access gateways by Fermax, and a main-door security camera.
The development will also come with facilities such as a swimming pool. Proposed is a rooftop lap pool measuring 20m x 4m, with a depth of 1.4m, partially walled with glass and embellished with tropical greenery. It’s going to be a luxurious retreat for all residents.
Apart from the pool, the rooftop terrace will also feature the following:
Outdoor showers and toilets
Children’s water play area
BBQ pavilion 1
BBQ pavilion 2
Above-ground parking — 48 spots + 1 hsndicap-enabled spot
Two-tier bike rack — 8 spots
2 Common lifts
Residents of The Navian can easily go to the nearby Paya Lebar Central, where there are some shopping malls, restaurants, business centres, and leisure spots. Right next to the Paya Lebar MRT Station is Paya Lebar Square. A short walk away is One KM.
