Singapore real estate firms win accolades at 2020 Euromoney Real Estate Awards

Two Singapore real estate firms won precious awards from Euromoney. Euromoney is a leading international finance publication which annually surveys the opinions of real estate advisors, developers, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks worldwide to determine the best providers of real estate services. Industry professionals from around the world participated in this year’s survey, for which over 2,700 valid responses were received.

CBRE, is one of the Singapore real estate firms recognized for service excellence across four categories for two consecutive years

CBRE has been named the best Overall Agency in Singapore at the annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards. Additionally, CBRE in Singapore was recognized as the best agency for three other categories, including Agency – Letting/Sales; Property Valuation and Research.

Colliers International, a marker leader among the Singapore real estate firms is recognised wins 11 awards across Asia Pacific

Colliers International wins Overall Investment Managers in APAC in recognition of the firm’s Capital Markets and Investment Services for the second consecutive year and the third time in total.

The firm has been honoured with an Overall win in the Investment Managers category in Asia Pacific for the second consecutive year and the third time in total. Separately, across Asian markets including Taiwan and Indonesia, Colliers was also recognised for its service excellence in the “Advisors and Consultants” category in Overall, Agency – Letting/Sales, Property Valuation and Research sub-categories and the “Investment Managers” category in Overall.

The Awards are based on nominations from real estate developers, advisors, financial institutions, investors and corporate end users worldwide to identify the best providers of products and services in their market. This year’s winners are based on 2,778 valid responses worldwide.
